Deposit: One night's rental or credit card guarantee
is required on all reservations. If you need to cancel any part of your reservation, please call (989) 366-5910.
We may need to charge you for the 1st night if we are unable to re-rent your accommodation; but we will make every effort
to do so. In case of cancellation for rooms, a 72-hour notice is required to receive a refund of deposit or avoid
credit card guarantee charges. For cottages and multi-room reservations, a 30-day notice is needed.
Group reservations require a 25% non-refundable deposit. We apologize, but we are unable to provide any refund
for leaving early.
Cancellation: Your visit is very important
to us. We count on your business, we do not overbook like the corporate chains. Cancellation of any part
of your reservation causes hardship not only to us but to the people we employ and our suppliers.
Visiting the Lodge
We have taken great pride in portraying this special place accurately: relaxed and casual.
It is NOT a pristine, formal, commercial cookie-cutter hotel. The rooms are cozy, the floors are creaky, and something
always needs fixing in the 80-year old building. If you are unsure, we ask that you call or visit prior to
making any plans. Our business, staff and suppliers depend greatly on reservations being honored.
