Lodge Room Features
There are 27 charming rooms in the main Lodge all tastefully
decorated. We have several different sizes and layouts with options such
as adjoining rooms, mini-suites with sofa bed, 2-room suites with futon; crib and roll-a-way bed rental. All
rooms have access to the Lodge Great
Room. Many have likened the Lodge to a large home with 27 bedrooms.
The Standard Room
has either 2 twin beds, or 1 larger size bed. Every room has a stunning view of either the lake or pine tree garden. Each
room has a television with cable service, private bath or shower, sink, sitting area with table and chairs, and closet space.
The Deluxe Room
is larger than a standard, plus a fold-out sofa.
The Lakeside
Suite is larger than a deluxe, plus an additional room over-looking the lake, with futon and room
for roll-away.
Adjoining Rooms
are 2 standard rooms with an adjoining door. Great for families that need 2 bathrooms, 2 TVs, and door in
between.
The Great Room
A large lobby with a fireplace, television, games,
puzzles and books provides a comfortable gathering area for all guests. A refrigerator, ice machine, toaster oven and
microwave are available for general use, and many local restaurant menus are posted. There is an arcade area
that has a pool table, pinball and video games. Snack items and cold soda are available for purchase. This
room also provides an ideal setting for group meetings.
The Gift Nook
Offering souvenirs with an up-north lodge-y theme: bears, lamps, blankets, candles, postcards,
pictures, frames, signs, mirrors, and shirts with Lodge embroidery.
FREE BREAKFAST
Guests begin their day at the Lodge with a continental breakfast.
Awake to the smell of fresh coffee. Continental items such as english muffins, breads, jams, coffee, seasonal juice and
teas are made available for self service.
Daily Maid Service
Every day Cindle and her staff will make your bed, replace towels and replenish your Designer
personal toiletries.
Visiting the Lodge
We have taken great pride in portraying this special place accurately: relaxed and casual.
It is NOT a pristine, formal, commercial cookie-cutter hotel. The rooms are cozy, the floors are creaky, and something
always needs fixing in the 80-year old building. If you are unsure, we ask that you call or visit prior to
making any plans. Our business, staff and suppliers depend greatly on reservations being honored.

(except for Nature Nook). If you are unsure or looking for pristine homes, we ask that you visit prior to making plans. As these cottages are only managed by the Lodge and are owned separately, there is
no breakfast, housekeeping, towels or toiletries provided by the Lodge. Please
bring your own or inquire about our nominal fees for these cottage guest add-on services.
